Annex to the Public Offer
This page is an integral part of the iDonate Public Offer (https://idonate.uz/public-offer) and sets out the Tariffs referred to in its clause 1.4. The values on this page are taken automatically from the Platform’s current settings and always reflect the Tariffs in force. Here, “Creator” means the “Streamer” as defined in the Offer.
1. Donation commission and single donation limit
The Commission depends on the Creator’s level and is calculated as a percentage of each Donation. The Commission includes the fees of the Operator and the Payment Institution.

Level-up requirements and the Creator’s current level are shown in the Personal Account. A lower Commission may be set for a Creator by separate agreement — in that case the rate applicable to the Creator is shown in the Personal Account and on the Donation page.
2. Who pays the commission
- In the Personal Account the Creator chooses how the Commission is charged: the Donor may choose to pay it, this choice is on by default, or the Donor always pays it.
- If the Donor pays the Commission, it is added on top of the Donation and the Creator receives the full amount entered by the Donor. For example, with a 9% Commission, for a 10,000 UZS Donation the Donor pays 10 990 UZS.
- If the Creator pays the Commission, it is deducted from the Donation. For example, with a 9% Commission, from a 10,000 UZS Donation the Creator receives 9 100 UZS.
- The Commission amount and the final amount payable are shown on the Donation page before payment.
- For memes the Commission is not charged to the Donor: the meme price is a fixed amount set by the Creator, and the Commission is deducted from it.
3. Limits by payment method
- Maximum single payment (including the Commission): 8 700 000 UZS.
- A single Donation via Visa / Mastercard: up to 1 000 000 UZS (or the level limit, if lower).
- A single Donation via SBP: up to 500 000 UZS (or the level limit, if lower).
- The minimum Donation amount is set by the Creator and shown on the Donation page.
4. Paid features
The “iDonate Pro” subscription is currently free. If a price is set for paid features, it will be published on this page and on the subscription page, and Creators will be notified at least 30 calendar days in advance as provided in section 22 of the Offer.
5. Other terms
- Registration, the Donation page, widgets and the Personal Account are free of charge.
- There is no separate fee for withdrawals: the Payment Institution transfers the Creator’s share directly to the Creator’s account via Split Payment.
- The Operator charges no fees other than the Commission. The Donor’s bank or payment app may charge its own fee under its own rules — this does not depend on the Operator.
- Changes to the Tariffs are made as provided in section 22 of the Offer.
